The Space

The bright, modern living area is designed for relaxed evenings, whether that means a quiet night in front of the TV or an unhurried dinner with family and friends. Large sliding doors open directly onto the west-facing covered terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoors and out that makes the whole villa feel larger and more connected to the water.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease. A spacious kitchen bar offers a casual spot for breakfast or a quick snack, and the adjacent dining area is the natural gathering point for shared meals.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The west-facing pool area is made for sunsets. The electrically heated saltwater pool and hot tub are the centerpiece of an outdoor space designed entirely around relaxation, with comfortable sun loungers and a peaceful canal backdrop that never gets old. A gas grill on the covered terrace rounds out the outdoor setup for evenings al fresco.

The private dock is a great spot to sit and enjoy the waterfront setting or to moor a boat. Please note that the boat lift is not available for use.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, giving every guest their own space and comfort throughout the stay.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a generous en suite bathroom with double vanity, ground-level shower, and bathtub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom offers two single beds and a private bathroom.

Location

The villa is situated in a quiet, well-kept residential area of Cape Coral with direct Gulf access via the canal. Several excellent golf courses are just a short drive away, making this a particularly appealing choice for golf enthusiasts. The wider Southwest Florida region, including Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples, and the Everglades, is all within easy reach for day trips.
