The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and toilet. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed with a private en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and their own en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. All four bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample storage space.

The villa is set in a quiet yet central part of Cape Coral, with shops, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and gas stations all just a short drive away. A boat can be rented for this villa on request, opening up the entire Gulf Coast for exploration.
