The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for shared meals throughout your stay.

A separate den with sofa bed, TV, and desk adds a flexible extra space that works equally well as a quiet workspace, reading retreat, or additional sleeping area.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The east-facing terrace catches the morning sun beautifully and is designed for enjoyable days outdoors. The electrically heated pool and comfortable sun loungers invite long, relaxed afternoons, while the covered seating area with gas grill is the natural spot for outdoor dining and easy evenings together. The screened lanai ensures comfort throughout the day.

A path leads down to the private dock, where the river is just minutes away by boat and the waterfront atmosphere is there to enjoy any time of day. A boat can be rented for this villa on request.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and direct access to the pool area. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet. The third bedroom also offers a king-size bed and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and is located near a bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. A third bathroom with shower and toilet is also available. All three bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
