The Space

The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and everything you need for shared meals at home. For evenings indoors, a pool table, table tennis, a selection of games, and books create a relaxed and social atmosphere that makes the villa feel genuinely lived-in and welcoming.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The west-facing terrace is oriented perfectly for the kind of sunsets that Cape Coral does better than almost anywhere else in Florida. The electrically heated pool with hot tub sits at the center, surrounded by sun loungers, while the covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill and seating area creates an ideal setting for long, unhurried evenings outdoors.

An additional upper-level sun deck extends the outdoor experience further, offering wide panoramic views over the canal that are particularly spectacular at golden hour.

The spacious dock area features a Tiki-style seating area and provides a comfortable spot to enjoy the waterfront setting or to head straight out on the water. A boat can be rented for this villa on request.

The primary master suite features a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second master suite also offers a king-size bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, an adjoining sitting area with sofa bed, and direct access to the pool. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and is located next to a separate bathroom with shower.

Bed configuration: 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, sofa bed available in second master suite.

Location

The Yacht Club Area is Cape Coral's most prestigious neighborhood, and this villa is ideally positioned within it. The river is accessible by boat within minutes, Cape Coral Beach is within walking distance, and shops, restaurants, golf, and tennis facilities are all just a short drive away. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Naples are all comfortable day trip distances away.
