The Space

The open living and dining area is the heart of the villa and designed to impress. A generous, high-quality sofa corner anchors the living area, where a large smart TV and an electric fireplace with ambient lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxed evenings. Somewhat apart, a comfortable dining table with 6 chairs provides the perfect setting for shared meals or a game night with the group.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances including a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a KitchenAid Artisan, a Belgian waffle iron, an air fryer, and a pizza stone for the grill or oven. The two-part work surface doubles as a dining counter with bar stools, giving the kitchen a versatile, social feel that makes cooking together genuinely enjoyable.

A separate den with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed offers flexible additional space, whether as a children's room for up to two children, a private retreat for a third adult, a home office, or a baby room. A foldable baby crib is available for our youngest guests.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

Step outside and the full Florida experience unfolds. The electrically heated saltwater pool with integrated spa is free of chlorine odor and gentle on the skin, and the LED pool lighting transforms the outdoor area into something truly special after dark. Four sun loungers and beanbags invite long, unhurried afternoons in the sun. The rattan seating area and hammock offer additional spots to unwind while the Sonos sound system fills the pool area with music. The covered veranda with gas grill and outdoor dining table for 6 is made for relaxed BBQ evenings under the Florida sky.

Right on the canal, a private sun deck extends the outdoor living space further and provides the perfect perch for soaking up the waterfront atmosphere and the peaceful surroundings.

For those who want to explore the canal directly, a kayak and a stand-up paddleboard are available and ready to use.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom with ground-level walk-in shower, bathtub, double vanity, and toilet. The two additional bedrooms are each also furnished with king-size beds. The second bathroom features a ground-level walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. All three bedrooms have their own smart TV. Two bedrooms offer direct access to the pool and lanai area. The den provides a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests.

Location

Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in southwest Cape Coral, close to Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, with their waterfront restaurants, boutiques, and marina atmosphere just minutes away. Rotary Park with its butterfly house and nature trails is also nearby. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Naples are all within comfortable reach for day trips. RSW Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.
