The Space

The bright living area is designed for comfort and easy relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need for shared meals at home, and ceiling fans throughout the villa keep the atmosphere comfortable at any time of year. For entertainment, three TVs are available: a large screen in the living area, one in the master bedroom, and a third flexible TV that can be used in different areas including outdoors. A separate den offers additional flexibility as a workspace, game area, or quiet reading retreat.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The south-facing terrace is where this villa truly comes into its own. The electrically heated saltwater pool with hot tub sits at the center of a lush tropical setting with palm trees and greenery all around. Sun loungers and a covered seating area create the ideal setup for long, unhurried days outside. A gas grill and flat-top griddle make outdoor cooking a genuine pleasure rather than an afterthought.

From the terrace, open canal views stretch out ahead of you, and with a little luck the turtles will not be far away. A private dock offers the perfect quiet spot to sit by the water, keep an eye out for wildlife, and let the Florida pace do its thing.

The master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Both the master suite and the second bedroom offer direct access to the pool area and views of the canal. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower and also has direct pool access.

Location

The south of Cape Coral is a well-connected and convenient part of the city, with shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and golf and tennis facilities all within a short drive. Palmetto Pine Country Club and Sun Splash Family Waterpark are both nearby. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Naples are all easily reached for day trips.
