Dolphins pass by regularly. Manatees appear with a little patience. And the river stretches out in front of you as far as the eye can see.

The Space

The open, bright living area is designed around the connection to the outside. Large sliding doors link the interior directly to the terrace and keep the river views present throughout the space. A generous sofa and TV corner invites relaxed evenings in, while the dining area next to the kitchen makes shared meals easy and sociable. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and a kitchen bar that works perfectly for a casual breakfast or a quick snack before heading out.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The south-facing pool is electrically heated and in the sun for most of the day, which is exactly what you want from a Florida pool. Sun loungers and a covered seating area with gas grill complete an outdoor setup that works equally well for lazy afternoons and long, easy evenings with food and good company. And from every corner of the terrace, the river is right there.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, and the third is furnished with a queen-size bed. These two guest bedrooms share a second bathroom. All three bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

Location

A direct riverfront position on the Caloosahatchee River in southeast Cape Coral is as good as it gets for open water living. Grocery stores are just a few minutes by car, and Cape Coral offers a wide range of restaurants, shopping, and golf courses within easy reach. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Naples are all comfortable day trip distances away.
