The Space

The open living area combines a generous sofa and TV corner with a spacious dining area right next to the kitchen, creating a natural, easy flow between eating, relaxing, and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen with counter seating is ideal for casual breakfasts and quick snacks, while the dining table provides plenty of room for shared evening meals. A smart TV, stereo system, and DVD and Blu-ray player round out the entertainment setup for evenings indoors.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The outdoor area stretches along the entire length of the villa and is designed to be lived in. The electrically heated pool with integrated hot tub is the centerpiece, flanked by sun loungers and open views over the wide intersection canal. The covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill is the perfect spot for al fresco cooking and long evenings outside. The Tiki Hut provides a shaded retreat for quieter moments, and a path leads down to the private dock where the river access begins and the possibilities open up.

The master bedroom and the second bedroom are both furnished with king-size beds and offer direct access to the pool and lanai. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed. All three bathrooms include a shower, bathtub, and toilet, with two of the bathtubs featuring a Jacuzzi function.

Direct access to the Caloosahatchee River puts this villa in an exceptional position for boating enthusiasts. The wide intersection canal and west-facing aspect create a sense of openness and space that is hard to match. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Naples are all within easy reach for day trips by car or by water.
