The Space

Step inside and the first thing you notice is the travertine flooring running throughout the entire home, the Asian-inspired interior design, and the sense of quiet luxury that comes from a space that was genuinely built with care. The open-concept living area is anchored by approximately 30-foot-wide sliding glass doors that open fully, dissolving the line between indoors and out. One moment you are on the sofa, the next you are poolside. It happens that naturally.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The south-facing saltwater pool stretches approximately 40 feet and is everything a Florida pool should be: large, beautifully finished, and electrically heated. Free of chlorine odor and gentle on the skin, it is the kind of pool you actually want to spend hours in. The integrated spa and three built-in pool bar stools add a genuine resort feel.

The outdoor shower is a welcome addition after a day on the water or a long afternoon by the pool.

The pool deck looks out over one of the widest canals in southeast Cape Coral. The water stretches out ahead of you, the neighborhood is quiet, and the only thing on the agenda is deciding whether to go for a swim or just sit and watch the world drift by.

Head upstairs and the private observation deck delivers something even more special: unobstructed views across the river. At sunset, this is one of the finest spots in all of Cape Coral.

The villa sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, designed to give everyone their own space without the villa ever feeling divided. Three of the four bedrooms have their own outdoor access with a private seating area.

The master bedroom features a generous en suite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, and toilet. A second bedroom also has an en suite with bathtub, shower, and toilet. The two remaining bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower and toilet, finished to the same high standard throughout.

Bed configuration: 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 single beds.

Location

The Yacht Club Area is Cape Coral's most sought-after neighborhood, and this villa sits at the heart of it. One block from the river, boaters can reach open water within minutes, with a fuel station conveniently close by. The canal itself offers calm, protected water with excellent conditions for relaxed cruising. Dolphins are regular visitors to this stretch of canal, and manatee sightings are not uncommon.

The villa is tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, which means no through traffic and a genuinely peaceful atmosphere. Cape Coral Beach and nearby waterfront restaurants are within walking distance, and shops for daily essentials are just minutes away by car.
