The Space

The living area is bright and open with high ceilings and direct access to the outdoor area, giving the space a generous, airy feel. The integrated kitchen is a standout feature, built around a cooking island with gas stove and sink, granite countertops, and modern appliances throughout. It is a kitchen that actually makes you want to cook.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The lanai is the heart of this villa. The electrically heated pool and hot tub sit at the center of an outdoor space framed by palm trees and tropical planting that provides natural privacy while keeping the canal views and western sunsets firmly in sight. A dining area and gas grill make outdoor meals easy, and the Tiki Hut offers a shaded retreat for the quieter moments of the day.

A paved path leads to the private dock, where you can sit by the water, moor a boat, or simply enjoy the view. Please note that the boat lift is not available for use. A boat can be rented for this villa on request.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the lanai, two walk-in closets, and a private en suite bathroom with shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed. One of the additional bedrooms and the guest bathroom with bathtub also offer direct access to the pool area. A sofa bed is available if additional sleeping space is needed for up to 2 more guests.

This villa sits in a quiet, well-kept area of Cape Coral with direct canal access and the kind of peaceful surroundings that make it genuinely easy to slow down. The western orientation of the outdoor area means stunning sunsets are a near-daily occurrence. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples, and the wider Southwest Florida region are all within comfortable reach for day trips.
