The Space

The open-concept living area is anchored by large sliding glass doors that open fully, dissolving the boundary between indoors and out and flooding the space with natural light. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances and a Nespresso machine, with bar seating and a spacious dining area that makes shared meals feel effortless. For evenings in, a pool table and streaming services via the TV keep everyone entertained.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The south-facing saltwater pool is electrically heated, generously sized, and the centerpiece of an outdoor area that has been designed with serious intention. The separate hot tub is perfect for winding down after a day on the water. The entire pool and lanai area is enclosed with a pool screen for comfort and privacy, and an outdoor shower adds a practical and welcome finishing touch.

The covered outdoor kitchen with bar, gas grill, sink, and refrigerator takes al fresco dining to a genuinely impressive level. Cook outside, eat outside, and watch the sunset stretch across the canal from one of the best vantage points on the property. A private path leads down to the boat dock, where the water is calm, the surroundings are peaceful, and dolphins and manatees are regular visitors.

Three kayaks are available for guests who want to explore the waterways at their own pace. A boat can also be rented on request and is highly recommended for making the most of the direct river access.

The villa features two generous master suites, both with king-size beds, walk-in closets, and direct access to the pool area. One master bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathtub. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the fourth is furnished with two single beds. Two additional bathrooms each feature a shower and toilet. All four bedrooms are equipped with their own TV.
