The Space

The bright living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and is set up for easy, unhurried evenings. A TV, CD player, and DVD player are available for entertainment. The overall feel is warm, comfortable, and unpretentious in the best possible way.

The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The kitchen bar is a practical spot for a quick breakfast or a snack, while the adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. From the dining area, large doors lead directly out to the covered terrace, keeping the indoor-outdoor connection natural and easy.

The Pool and Outdoor Area

The covered terrace with seating for 6 and a direct view of the pool is the heart of outdoor life at this villa. A gas grill makes al fresco cooking simple, and the electrically heated pool with sun loungers provides the perfect setup for long, lazy afternoons in the Florida sun. The master bedroom also opens directly onto the pool area, so the water is never more than a few steps away.
